Welcome to Erofili, a historic restaurant in the most authentic neighborhood of the Lasithi Plateau, in Tzermiado, just a short walk from the village’s free parking area. Set in a beautiful stone-and-wood building, our family has preserved the secrets of local cuisine for four generations, offering guests a true taste of traditional Cretan food and warm village hospitality.

We use locally sourced meats and dairy products from shepherds in the area, along with organic vegetables from our own garden, all prepared with authentic old recipes that reflect the rich culinary heritage of Crete.

In our courtyard, you can also enjoy a wonderful shaded space under the mulberry trees—a peaceful setting that makes every meal even more special and memorable.
